Apple Wins In Court Over His Lawsuit Nokia

The court held on the initiative of the International  Trade Commission (ITC), United States finally won on a lawsuit that Apple filed noka.

Court led by Judge James Gildea did not approve a lawsuit that claims Apple Nokia had abused five patents owned by the Finnish mobile phone maker's largest. Thus was launched through the Straits Times on Saturday (26/03/2011).

Unfortunately the judge did not give further details about the decision, but the six-member commission is given 60 days to review the decision. If the ITC finds Apple is really breaking Nokia patents the commission reserves the right to ban imports of Apple products into the U.S..

Second largest producer who is currently competing has involved heavy fighting since last few years. For this case Nokia has accused Apple abusing patents relating to cellular technology, portable music and computers.

Besides this case there are two other cases filed Nokia patents related to abuse.
